Orders

Once an order has been placed, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products selected and the delivery information provided are correct.

Greeting Card Society reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. Where payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

We aim to prepare and deliver orders within the delivery timeframe communicated on our website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
